Bohemia Ltd. is authorised as privacy data administrator by the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection - License N 203635 / 15.04.2014.
Bohemia Ltd. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Statement is meant to inform you of how we collect, use and protect your personal information, and the choices you have in this regard. We want you to be confident that your data is safe and secure with us, and understand how we use it to offer you a better service in accordance with the European Regulation 2016/679 from 27 April, 2016.

Application of this Privacy Statement
This Privacy Statement applies to Bohemia Ltd. and each of its controlled subsidiaries. This Privacy Statement applies to all of Bohemia Ltd.'s products and services. This Privacy Policy is here to explain what types of personal data we collect and why we collect it, when and how we may share personal data within the Bohemia Ltd. and each of its controlled subsidiaries and with other organisations, the choices you have, including how to access and update your personal data.
How we collect information
Bohemia Ltd. may obtain information about you in connection with our service offerings in several ways, including through central reservation system, call center, travel agents and Internet websites (www.sightseeingsofia.com) and partner websites of Bohemia Ltd.
Types of information we collect
Bohemia Ltd. generally collects only such personal information as is reasonably necessary to facilitate reservation, payment and commission processing transactions, and required by the authorities. Such information may include without limitation such basic information as your name, address, telephone, date of birth and credit card information.
When you register on our website we receive account login details, such as your username and the password you chose.
Browsing our websites we collect travel preferences and information about your browsing behaviour on our websites.
When you buy our products in our shops or online, we may collect passenger information, passport details, other ID document details. Bohemia Ltd. generally does not require or request any "sensitive data", that is, information pertaining to racial or ethnic origins, political or religious beliefs, union membership, health or sex life. However, we may collect certain sensitive data solely in order to facilitate the accommodation of any special considerations you may have in connection with your reservation, such as special medical or dietary requirements. In addition, sensitive data could be inferred from your group or loyalty program information, or from other special preferences you may provide in connection with your reservation. However, Bohemia Ltd. does not use or share any such information for any purpose other than as described above.
Other information collected may include travel agent information, airline flight information, hotel and room rate information, arrival and departure dates as well as special accommodation requirements.
When you contact us or we contact you or you take part in promotions, competitions, surveys or questionnaires about our services, we may collect your feedback.
If you log-in using your social network credentials to connect to our platforms and online services e.g. Facebook, Google+ and Twitter, you will agree to share your user details with us. For example, your name, email address, date of birth, location and any other information you choose to share with us.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to facilitate the provision of the products and services you request. We use personal data to manage and improve our products, services, customer loyalty. We monitor how our services are used to help protect your personal data, detect and prevent fraud, other crimes and the misuse of services. This helps us to make sure that you can safely use our services.
We want to personalise your experience ensuring that marketing communications relating to our products and services, and those of our suppliers, including online advertising, are relevant to your interests.
In order to serve you better as a customer when you contact us, for example by email, post, and phone or via social media, we may use personal data to provide clarification or assistance to you.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use personal data for marketing purpose upon your personal wish. Anytime you wish you may inform us to stop sending you ads or offers by unsubscribing for our newsletter.
Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention.
Any "sensitive data" is collected only to facilitate accommodation of any special considerations you may have in connection with your reservation, and/or to process your reservation transactions properly, such as at the appropriate group discount rate.
We may use your personal information in order to update you with our marketing activities. However, you may opt-out of receiving such information at any time.
Who we share your information with
Your information and third party companies
The information provided by customers during the ordering process such as their name, physical address, email address, and payment information is considered private, and International Travel Ltd. will not sell, rent or lease this personal information to third parties.
Bohemia Ltd. will not share your personal information with others except in connection with the provision of our services to you.
Bohemia Ltd. contracts with third-party service providers in connection with the performance of our services. When we share personal data with other organisations we require them to keep it safe, and they must not use your personal data for their own marketing purposes.
We only share the minimum personal data that enable our suppliers and retail partners to provide their services to you and us. For example, Bohemia Ltd. uses certain banking institutions to process commission payments. Such third-party service providers are generally required to keep confidential the information received on behalf of Bohemia Ltd. and may not use any such personal information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Bohemia Ltd. These service providers may change or we may contract with additional service providers to better serve our customers.

So that you can travel, it may be mandatory (as required by government authorities at the point(s) of departure and/or destination) to disclose and process your personal data for immigration, border control, security and anti-terrorism purposes, or any other purposes which they determine appropriate. Some countries will only permit travel if you provide your advance passenger data. These requirements may differ depending on your destination and you are advised to check. Even if not mandatory, we may assist where appropriate. We may share the minimum personal data necessary with other public authorities if the law says we must, or we are legally allowed to do so.

You have a right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, although you should be able to access online the personal data associated with your account or booking. You can write to us asking for a copy of other personal data we hold about you.
Please include any details to help us identify and locate your personal data. Where we can provide data access, we will do so free of charge except where further copies are requested in which case we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
We want to make sure that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and up to date. If any of the details we hold are incorrect, please let us know.
You can also ask for your personal data to be rectified or erased, to object to the processing of your personal data and, where technically feasible, to ask for personal data you provided to be transmitted to another organisation.
