     The story of the biggest chain of patisseries in Bulgaria began in 1993 when the first small patisserie shop opened doors on Baba Nedelya square in Sofia. The name Nedelya came from the name of this first location. The shop had only three employees and the owners Radoslava and Georgi Minchevi welcomed the first clients personally.

     Today, Nedelya is a chain of 22 café and patisserie shops situated not only in the capital but in other big cities of Bulgaria. More than 450 people work for the company. The cakes are produced in a modern workshop meeting all international standards. The portfolio of products is being constantly developed as new tastes are created, so that even most refined clients will find their whims satisfied. At NEDELYA one can find a variety of 45 different recipes and more that 300 cake forms.
